2.堆置容布量系列:3000—8000米,可双层复合,可单层复合,亦可单层.
3.箱体材质:SUS321,激光切割,数控折弯,大型平板台上焊接.顶版有不锈钢盘管加温防滴,外层保湿板经喷丸处理.
4.加热区导辊:φ180—φ200mm,容布量系列:16—80米.
5.采用特别的多点分散共源导布电机分组变频驱动,主动辊采用
特制的网孔辊,防布打滑.
6.人机界面控制,容布量,车速.堆置时间可工艺调节,可选自动温控.
7.双层网片蒸箱内织物换层时,设计有特制辊床,保证整齐运布.
8.出布区带主动辊床,且设有主动分丝辊,保证织物出箱平整.
