一、 印染布预缩机
1、 供纯棉、涤棉及混纺织物给湿、预缩、呢毯整理用，使织物达到 缩水率、尺寸稳定性和改善手感的要求。
2、 公称副宽：1800-3600mm。
3、 交流变频传动，设计车速：10-80米/分
4、 预缩率：≤16％，缩水率：≤1％
5、 橡胶毯：加拿大进口产品或国产优质橡毯。
6、 承压辊辊径：ф616mm配进口轴承大小烘筒外径：ф2000m和ф1000mm或：ф2500mm和3只ф570mm。
7、 给湿：蒸汽透蒸给湿辊1只或2只、或带喷雾给湿。
8、 专用带编码器调频电机，缩率自显，人机截面操作。
9、 磨辊加甘（或煤油），可选轴向窜动。

二、牛仔布预缩机

1、供牛仔布烧毛、上浆、拉斜、烘干、预缩整理用，使产品达到缩水率、尺寸稳定性、手感和表面光洁等要求。

2、公称幅宽：1800-2000mm.

3.交流变频传动，设计车速 10-85米、分。

4.预缩率：≤16%，缩水率：≤1-3%

5.六辊刷毛箱，配备专用吸尘风机。

6.三火口可2正1反烧毛。热源：汽油、液化器、天然气等。

7.烘筒数量系列：30、36、40只等。

8.承压辊辊径φ616mm,大小烘筒直径：φ2500mm和3只φ570mm

9.前后车可联合成一台机，亦可分设成二台机使用。
